Some recipients may require the sender’s signature to be added to the waybill.
If the destination owner has specified that the waybill must include the sender’s signature and the functionality is enabled in Waybiller, a “Sender Signature” button will appear in the quantity entry view during waybill creation.
How to add the sender’s signature?
The driver starts creating the waybill (either via a transport order or by "Create waybill" button).
If the sender’s signature is required, the driver presses the “Sender Signature” button before confirming the quantity.
The sender draws their signature on the screen of the mobile device.
The sender’s full name must be entered to confirm the signature.
The driver confirms the signature by pressing “Confirm”.
After that, the “Truck Loaded” button becomes active. By pressing it, the waybill quantity is confirmed, the waybill is created, and the driver proceeds to the destination.
