In order to use Waybiller, accounts must be created for the company's employees.
Each account is linked to an email address, which is also the username.
Adding an employee:
To add an employee, click on the "Add employee" button under the menu item Employees.
Fill the fields:
- Email (required)
The employee will receive a link to that email address and has to to set a password.
NOTE: Make sure the email address is correct.
If the employee does not receive the link, please contact us at
support@waybiller.com.
- Role (required)

When adding a driver role, the standard options to select from the additional options that appear are "This driver has an accepted amount field prefilled" and "This driver is added to all (including future) destinations"
- In the Loader operator has to have the right to create new destinations then after choosing the loader operator role select the additional option "Employee is allowed to create new destinations".
- Acceptor/Project Manager/Object Manager roles have to have managed destinations added in order for them to see the waybills to the destination they are responsible of.

Distribution of employees:
The employee lists are divided into 3 sections:
- Active - the active list contains all employees of your company in alphabetical order
- Subcontractors - this list contains all subcontractors in alphabetical order
- Obsolete - this list contains all obsolete employees in alphabetical order
Editing employees data:
It is possible to edit the employees data under the menu item Employees by clicking "Edit" behind the name of the employee.
You can edit:

- Name
- Phone number
- Role
- Identification number
- Status (active/absolete)
- Additional options (driver)
If employee does not work at the company anymore then please fill "Employee is no longer active".
NOTE: Only the person with the Manager role who firstly added the employee to Waybiller, can edit the email of the employee.
If you´ve done a mistake when inserting the email, you may edit the email. If you want to change the email (employee now has a new email), please make the old user as no longer active and create a new account with the new email by clicking "Add employee".
