In Waybiller, users have assigned roles which are linked to different rights.
When adding an employee, you must choose the appropriate role for the employee.
Roles are divided:

Manager- can perform all actions:

- Create and manage orders
- Create and manage transport orders
- Create and manage origins
- Create and manage destinations
- Create and manage employees
- Create and manage vehicles
- Create and manage warehouses
- Create, confirm and cancel waybills
- Edit worklogs created under your company's name
- Carry out vehicle weighing at the weighbridge location

Project manager - can see, confirm and cancel waybills that have arrived at the assigned destination.

- NOTE: An employee with the role of project manager must also be assigned the destinations they manage.

Object manager - can see, confirm and cancel waybills that have arrived at the assigned destination.

- NOTE: An employee with the role of object manager must also be assigned the destinations they manage.

- Dispatcher - can create waybills from the assigned origin.

Driver - can create waybills or start driving with already created waybills, view and update the status of waybills while driving from origin to destination and if rights are given at the destination then also confirm waybills.

- NOTE: Adding an employee with the role of a driver opens the following additional options:
- Employee is allowed to create new destinations

This driver has an accepted amount field prefilled

This driver is allowed to create new origins

This driver is added to all (including future) destinations

This driver is a subcontractor - the company for which the driver is actually an employee must also be added. See article: "How to configure subcontracting".
- NOTE: When adding a driver role, the default is to select the option 1 "This driver has an accepted amount field prefilled" and "This driver is added to all (including future) destinations"
- NOTE: Adding an employee with the role of a driver opens the following additional options:

Receiver - can create a waybill, also see, confirm and cancel waybills at a specified destination.

- NOTE: An employee with the role of a receiver must also be assigned the destinations they manage.

- Loader operator - can select the action to be performed from the pre-set actions and create waybills from previously created Orders. If the scale of the loader is interfaced with Waybiller, the weight of the load will be automatically added to the waybill. See article: "Loader operator".
