Granting waybill viewing permissions

It is possible to share the rights to view waybills with third parties. 

This feature is useful when you need to share waybills with a company that is neither the owner of the destination nor the origin, and is not the transport company displayed on the waybill, e.g. to a supervisory authority. 

Granting the viewing rights: 

1. In the Reports view, filter out the waybills you want to grant the viewing rights to.

2. Select the waybills by ticking the box in front of the waybills.

3. Click on the "GRANT VIEW PERMISSIONS" button.

4. Insert the company you wish to grant the viewing rights to and click "Grant permissions".

5. A red eye-shaped icon will appear next to the waybill to which viewing rights have been granted. Hovering over the icon will display the company name who has the viewing rights. 

Revoking the viewing rights: 

You can remove viewing rights by selecting the waybills you want to remove the right from, clicking "GRANT VIEW PERMISSIONS", removing the company and clicking "Revoke all permissions".
