Waybiller allows you to generate digital reports.
Creating a report
To create a report, go to the Waybiller home page (waybills view), select Reports, then select the filters and click "Filter".
NOTE! "Dispatched timestamp" filter is selected by default but other date filters can be used.
The report displayed contains the following columns: waybill number, loading time and status, origin, destination, transport company and vehicle, assortment, amount and the amount accepted.
You can also see the number of waybills. The "View summary" button takes you to the summary under the report, which shows the amounts and the accepted amounts by assortment.

Editing waybills
From the reports view, you can change driver and vehicle data on the selected waybills and link the waybill to a specific order.
To do this, filter out and select the waybills you want to modify and click the "EDIT" button. Select the driver and the vehicle or order to which you want to link the waybill to. The order list will display all the orders that have been created for you by the Sender company. If the list is long, you can search the order by destination name. Confirm the changes by clicking on the "Save changes" button.
If the waybill and the order are linked, the order number will also be displayed on the waybill. Also the total order amount and the remaining order amount will change by the amount of each linked waybill.

Granting viewing permissions
You can grant third parties the right to view your waybills. To do this, use the "GRANT VIEW PERMISSIONS" button.

Confirming waybills
You can also confirm waybills from the Reports view. To do this, use the "CONFIRM WAYBILLS" button.

Creating an invoice
With Merit Aktiva, you can create an invoice directly from Waybiller. To do this, use the "CREATE INVOICE" button.

Exporting to Excel
You can also export the report to Excel and further process the data there. To do this, filter the necessary waybills and click on the "EXCEL" button. By default, Excel will display all the columns of the data, but the user can also pre-select the columns they want.
Additional fields can be set up for the waybill (for example "Moisture %" for grain companies) and these along with transport costs (if the functionality is turned on for the company) are also shown in the Excel report.
