Report templates allow to create a basis for a report.
To create a template:
1. Select "Report templates" from under the menu icon
2. Select "Create template" and fill in fields:
- Name - insert a name for teh template
- Fields - select the fields you would like to use in your report (Excel columns are displayed in the order in which these fields are selected)
- Ordering - choose whether Excel displays the waybills in ascending or descending order based on the date of creation of the waybill
3. Select "Create"
You can edit or delete the template by klicking on the icon behind the template.
It is possible to create several templates. The created templates are displayed in the Reports view by pressing the "Excel" button.
Select the template you want to use and an Excel file will be downloaded.
