Waybills can be sent to a specified email address.
Email notifications can be configured from several places - they can be configured either on company, origin, destination or vehicle basis, and the notification is sent either when a transport order/order is created, when the driver starts driving with a transport order, when a waybill is created, when a waybill reaches its destination or when a waybill is accepted. The notification language can also be selected.
Settings:
- Origin - get notified when a waybill has been created from a specific origin, or when the load that has left the origin has reached the destination, or when the waybill created from the origin has been confirmed.

Setting up email notifications under company profile
Email notifications can also be set up on a company basis. To do this, you need to select "Company settings" from the menu and enter the email addresses in the desired notification field.
NOTE: If an email notification is already configured for a specific
origin, destination or vehicle, the email will be sent to the email
address added under the specific origin, destination or vehicle.
The following notification e-mails can be configured under company settings:
- Created waybill notification e-mails - a notification is sent when a waybill is created
- At destination waybill notification e-mails - a notification is sent when a waybill/load has arrived at the destination
- Accepted waybill notification e-mails - a notification is sent when the waybill is confirmed.
- Order/Transport order notification e-mails - a notification is sent when an order or a transport order is created and the company is added as a transportation company on the order or transport order
- Driver starts driving towards your origin notification e-mails - a notification is sent when the driver starts driving towards your origin with a transport orders
- Order/Transport order creation notification e-mails if your company's origin/destination is used - a notification is sent to the owner of the location (origin/destination) when an origin or destination that belongs to this company is added to an order or transport order
You can also choose the notification language.
NOTE: It is possible to add more than one email address at a time.
Use a comma (do not add space) to add multiple email addresses,
e.g. "waybiller@waybiller.com,waybiller@waybiller.com".
