Steps for creating an e-waybill for the loader operator:
1. Log in to Waybiller with your username
2. Select the loader unit you are working with
- If only 1 loader unit is assigned to the loader operator, this option is not available.
3. Select the location (origin) where you'll be doing the work
- If only 1 origin is assigned to the loader operator, this option will not be displayed.
4. Select the action "E-waybill" (loading to truck)
- If only 1 action is configured in a given origin, this option will not be displayed.
5. Select the vehicle that came to load
- You can search for the truck by entering the truck number in the "Search" field.
- If the truck is not found in Waybiller (displays "No vehicles found or no matches found"), the loader operator can add the truck by using the "Add new" button.
- The loader operator is shown a list of vehicles with the name of the company that owns the vehicle. If configured on the order, the loader operator can also select subcontractor vehicles, which will also be displayed in the vehicle list with the name of the company that owns the vehicle. The subcontractor will initially be displayed as the main transportation company on the created waybill (status CREATED), this will change when the driver logs in, selects the correct company the driver is currently working for and starts driving with the waybill.
- If the transportation company has previously entered the correct vehicle and trailer registration number to Waybiller (and the allowed weight of the truck was previously fetched), then the allowed weight of the truck is also displayed to the loader operator.
6. Select the order based on what you are going to load the truck
- All orders where this truck is used are displayed, the most recently used orders are displayed first.
- You can search for the order by entering the company's name (customer's name) in the "Search" field.
7. Select the assortment
- If there are several assortments on the order, the loader has to selection of assortments and has to select an assortment. If there is 1 assortment on the order, the selection will not be displayed.
8. The action summary and weighing view will open
- Check the data, the loader operator can modify any selection (e.g. if the assortment or order went wrong or the destination needs to be changed).
The buttons in this view:
-
-
- "Save as a quick button" - A weighing view can be saved as a quick button, so you'll have a shortcut with preselected options for the next time when you have to make the same selections. This can be handy with for example loader actions like "loads to warehouse" or "mixing". You can give the button a name, the button will be saved at the top of the weighing view and can be deleted by pressing the X next to the button. Several buttons can be created. If more than 5 buttons have been created, they will be displayed in a group.
- "Change"
-
- General: You can change the action, the vehicle and choose another order. It is also possible to either change the destination or add the destination if not initially added on the order or create a totally new destination. Loader operators can select a destination from among the customer's destinations (customer who is marked on the order).
-
- NOTE! In order for the loader operator to view and select a destination it must be previously created and made public (by the destination owner/receiver). Loader operator can create new destinations only if it is allowed for the loader operator to create new destinations.
-
- Assortment: if the wrong assortment is selected, the assortment can be selected again.
- Amount: if the automatic weighing is not configured, or the weight does not come through for some reason, the loader operator can add the weight manually by clicking the "Edit" button next to the AMOUNT field. The loader operator can get the weight from the receipt printed from the loader's weighing system.
-
- NOTE! All manually added weights are marked accordingly, the loader operator action log shows if the weight was automatically or manually added.
