Drivers view and dashboard

Log in

When you log in to Waybiller, you must first select the role for who you are currently working for (which transportation company). 

• The role selection is available only if the driver is added as a subcontractor under another company, meaning your account is linked to multiple companies. To have multiple roles to select from, the company who you are working for has to add you as an employee and tick the "This driver is a subcontractor" checkbox. If your account is linked to only one company, the role selection will not be shown. 

You then have to select the vehicle you are driving with.

• You can also search for vehicles by typing the registration number in the "Search" box.

Dashboard

The driver's dashboard displays the last created waybills (at the top of the dashboard), the "Create new waybill" button and the transport orders created for the driver (at the bottom of the dashboard).

Depending on the settings at origin, waybills are either created for the driver or the driver creates the waybills from zero or via transport order.

There are shortcut buttons at the bottom of the screen:

• Dashboard - This button takes you back to the home screen.
• Transport orders - This button opens the transport orders view. The dates can be changed to search for a transport order.

• Waybills - Use this button to view all the waybills. The dates can be changed to search for a waybill. Waybills are divided into two tabs: 
  • Active (waybills with statuses Created, In Progress or At Destination)
  • Finished (waybills with status Confirmed or Cancelled).

Additional menu

The icon at the top right of the screen opens an additional menu.

Options:

• Dashboard - opens the home screen
• Select vehicle - you can change the vehicle
• Worklogs - you can add a worklog, see the manual "Creating a worklog"
• Edit Profile - you can change your user details (name, phone and identification number), sign up for transport order notifications to be sent to your email address, save your signature and set your default vehicle
• Select role - you can change the company you are driving for (subcontracting)
• Language - you can change the language
• Log out - you can log out of your account
