The route of the load can be displayed on the map and the truck can be tracked in real time.
Displaying the route on the map and tracking is only possible when the driver is using Waybiller software (has downloaded Waybiller app from Google Play/App Store) and GPS positioning is enabled. The route will not be saved when Waybiller is used through a web browser!
Android users should also enable background tracking in their phone settings.
See also manual for the driver: "Veose teekonna kuvamine kaardil".
For tracking:
1. Find and open the waybill you want to track.
- The waybill must be in status IN PROGRESS (meaning that the driver is on its way to the destination).
2. In the detailed view of the waybill, click the "VIEW ON MAP" button.
3. Map view opens displaying the route completed so far with a green line.
- NOTE! At the destination, the driver must indicate that the load has arrived at the destination, after which the status of the waybill is updated to status AT DESTINATION, and the traveled route is recorded as a green line on the map. The driver can now leave for another load and the route tracking ends.
Fleet Complete
Waybiller is integrated with Fleet Complete system and we are able to receive data directly from the device attached to the vehicle.
To set it up, we need a Fleet Complete API key from the transport company and information on which trucks have Fleet Complete tracking.
If Fleet Complete functionality is turned on, then tracking through the app for that vehicle will not work at the same time (with Fleet Complete having the app is not mandatory, there is no need to keep the app open).
