It is possible to give another company the rights to place orders.
The right can be granted by an employee with "Manager" role.
Note! The company granting the rights must ensure that the created
orders are coordinated and correctly entered by the creator.
To grant the rights:
1. Select "Company settings" from the top right menu
2. In the Permissions section, click on the "Configure orders permissions" button
3. Click "Configure new permissions"
4. Fill in the fields and click "Create permission".
- Company (mandatory): enter the company to which you are granting the rights.
- Type (mandatory): select the type of the rights (Creation or Updating).
- If you add both rights, you must first add one and save it, then set up the second right.
- Origins: select the origins
- Assortments: select the assortments of the origins
5. When creating an order, a new mandatory field "Owner of the Order" will be displayed to the order creator.
NOTE: The owner of the order should be set as the company that grants the rights to create the order.
